International Customers
Import fees are collected when your order is delivered. Import fees vary widely by country. By placing this order, you agree to pay any import fees charged at the time of delivery. EnChroma is not responsible for import fees and cannot refund them, even if you return or exchange the product. You must pay these fees to receive your order. If you refuse to accept delivery, the customs office will not return the product to EnChroma and EnChroma will not be able to issue a refund, exchange, or replacement.
